4/19/08 *TN TINY MISS QUEENS JOIN THE FIGHT AGAINST MS*
Tiny Miss Tennessee State Queens and TN State Resident National Queens united at the MS Society MidSouth Ms Walk in Cookeville, and in Nashville, TN. Together the Tiny Miss Team was able to collect almost $500 in Donations to go towards finding a cure for the horrible disease. A HUGE Thank you goes out to our girls(and their Moms!)-Desiree, Kati, Jaycee, Copelynne, Mikayla, Jessica, and Mercedes for their efforts in obtaining Sponsors, and for that 3 mile trek! We would also like to thank everyone as a team for your donations-Without your help, thousands of lives will continue to be affected each year with devestating disease-Thank you for joining our stand against MS!!



3/10/08 *TINY MISS OF AMERICA NATIONAL PAGEANT HELD IN CHARLOTTESVILLE*
Contestants from all over came together this past weekend for a weekend of Fun and Fierce Competition! "This is what I believe to be the toughest competition I have ever seen in one pageant. Everyone was perfect." said Regional Director, Mindy Patterson. Tennessee was VERY well represented with Wee Baby Miss Tennessee Hayleigh Taylor placing 2nd r/u, Baby Miss Tennessee Shebly Heidle placing 7th r/u, Young Miss Tennessee Jaycee Whitaker placing 2nd r/u and winning Hobbywear, Tiny Miss Tennessee Copelynne Whitaker placing 7th r/u, Preteen Miss Tennessee Jordan Davis placing 2nd r/u, and Petite Miss Tennessee Desiree Malone winning Swimwear, Gown, and taking the National title-Petite Miss of America. Also taking home a title was Tiny Miss Tennessee Hostess Mercedes Marrero-winning Teen Miss of America, Gown, Swimwear, Interview, Runway, and Overall Spokesmodel, and Bringing it home was Jessica Sales-winning the highest title in the pageant-Outstanding Miss of America!! All of the contestants did a SUPER job and we are proud of each and every one of them. Congratulations Girls!!
